Hot Springs in the Forest Bath Salt

• 2 oz (56 g) Pink Himalayan salt
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Jojoba Oil
• 2 drops Vetiver Essential Oil
• 3 drops Fir Needle Essential Oil
• 2 oz Amber Glass Jar

Put the pink salt and jojoba in the jar, then add the essential oils. Stir gently with a glass stirring rod or the handle of a stainless steel spoon. Use the whole jar in your bath!

Shower Body Scrub

• 1 oz (28 g) Pink Himalayan Salt
• 1 oz (30 ml) Jojoba Oil
• 2 drops Vetiver Essential Oil
• 3 drops Fir Needle Essential Oil

Combine ingredients, rub on body, rinse, and pat dry.  Enjoy exfoliated skin!

Grounding Personal Inhaler Blend

• 5 drops Vetiver
• 5 drops of Cedarwood (Atlas)
• 5 drops Lavender 

Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed or make a stock bottle and add 5-6 drops of this blend to your diffuser to create a calming space.  

Massage Oil

• 5 drops Vetiver Essential Oil 
• 5 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil
• 2 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
• 8 drops Orange Essential Oil
• 2 ounces Jojoba Oil
• 2 ounce Bottle

Add to bottle and shake to mix well.  Apply to the skin after bath or for full body massage.
