The Ancient Greeks called marjoram "joy of the mountain" and often made garlands, bouquets, and wreaths for weddings. The Ancient Greeks also planted Sweet Marjoram on grave sites because they believe it would bring peace to the dead. This plant has a very uplifting and beautiful aroma.

Calming Blend

• 6 drops Neroli Essential Oil
• 5 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
• 6 drops Lime Essential Oil
• 4 drops Marjoram (Sweet) Essential Oil
• 1 ounce Jojoba Oil
• Glass Bottle (1 fl oz)

Add essential oils to Jojoba Oil in the glass bottle. Apply to the temples, wrists, and back of the neck when feeling anxious or upset

Stomach Bloating Lotion

• 5 drops Bay (Laurel Leaf) Essential Oil
• 2 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
• 2 drops Orange (Sweet) Essential Oil
• 2 drops Chamomile (Roman) Essential Oil
• 3 drops Marjoram (Sweet) Essential Oil
• 3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
• 1 ounce Lotion - Unscented
• 30 ml (1 fl oz) Jar with lid

Add essential oils to 1 oz of lotion and massage into belly. Can be used preventatively before a meal or after a meal.

Calming Personal inhaler

• 5 drops Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil
• 2 drops Chamomile (Roman) Essential Oil
• 5 drops Cedarwood (Atlas) Essential Oil

Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed, or make a master bottle and use in diffuser.

Relaxing Bath

• 5 drops Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil
• 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 5 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
• 2 ounce Bottle

Add essential oils to bottle, then fill with Jojoba Oil. Shake well to blend and add 1-2 teaspoons to a full tub. Relax and enjoy.

Sports/Muscle Massage Oil

• 5 drops Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil
• 5 drops Helichrysum Essential Oil
• 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 8 drops Copaiba Essential Oil
• 2 ounce Bottle

Add essential oils to bottle, then fill with Jojoba oil. Shake to mix well. Apply a small amount of this mixture to sore muscles and massage into the skin.
