Muscle and Joint Relief

• 1-2 drops of Camphor Essential Oil
• 1-2 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil
• 1 ounce Carrier Oil

Blend and rub into areas of soreness.

 Breathe Blend

• 1 ounce Aloe Gel
• 2 drops Camphor Essential Oil
• 2 drops Lemon Essential Oil
• 2 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

Mix well and rub onto chest area.

Pest Spray

• Mix with water or witch hazel.
• Spray on surfaces to help keep pests away.
